A Technical Project Manager with over 20 years of professional experience, Bob specializes in information technology, technical project management, data and analytics, infrastructure and security, cloud development and application development, leveraging Agile and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. He excels in managing and building cross-functional, high-performing teams to execute enterprise-level projects. Bob began his career in financial services, and worked in mortgage banking for ten years. Next, he became a Management Consultant, and spent 15 years working with top-tier banks to deliver solutions encompassing risk and regulatory compliance, technology transformations, and performance improvement. Bob has a strong history of building relationships with stakeholders and C-suite executives, and developing overarching IT strategies to achieve corporate objectives.

What value do you bring to Viyu and its clients?

As a Senior Project Manager at Viyu, Bob initiates, plans and executes IT infrastructure, security and cloud projects, and leads teams in providing clients with the foundation to drive their competitive advantage in the marketplace. Through his experience working with some of the most storied global banks, Bob gained skills in leadership, empathy, and self-awareness. As a generalist, he brings strong business acumen and the ability to see the holistic picture impacting people and processes, while balancing risk and innovation to deliver the right projects at the right time. Bob holds a Master of Science degree in Data Analytics from Colorado State University Global, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Denver.
