Andy’s Background

Growing up as one of thirteen children, Andy quickly learned how to get along with others and resolve conflicts. Today, these skills continue to serve him well as Manager of Inside Sales at Viyu. Andy came to Viyu in 2016 as an Account Manager, and later transitioned to Project Manager, before taking on his current role. Holding several different positions at the company helped Andy gain a strong understanding of marketing, sales, project management, inventory and logistics, as well as Viyu’s internal tools and CRM software. Andy supports the sales team by providing software training, estimation, follow-up, and client service. Prior to joining Viyu, he worked in retail and technology sales.

 

What value do you bring to Viyu and its clients?

A natural people person, Andy is known for solving problems and ensuring customers’ needs are met. In the rare event that an issue requires escalation, he is happy to listen to customer feedback, share it with the sales team, and work together to resolve problems. Andy is proud of Viyu’s reputation as a value-added reseller with a managed service department and private cloud solution that exceeds industry standards. “We have a lot of experience in IT service, and we do it really well,” Andy says. “We are local and real, and we consult with customers personally to make sure we are providing the solution that makes the most sense for them.”
