01 — The Challenge
The San Antonio Museum of Art needed to replace its aging WatchGuard firewall with a modern security platform while minimizing disruption to daily operations.
The organization was also transitioning away from a managed service provider and needed to prepare its internal IT team to take greater ownership of the environment.
The existing firewall lacked advanced security capabilities, while the new solution needed to preserve seamless VPN and remote access for internal users.
Just as importantly, the museum needed training and documentation that would allow its IT staff to confidently manage the new platform after implementation.
