Thomas’s Background:

Thomas Crampton has a strong background in technical roles, having worked as an Environmental Test Technician at National Technical Systems (NTS), and a Mechanical Engineering Technician at Lennox international before joining Viyu in 2022. A graduate of Lincoln College of Technology, he began his career in the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry, and later was recruited into more advanced technical roles. Thomas has always been mechanically inclined, and enjoys learning and understanding how things work—so his shift to the IT industry has been a welcome transition.

What value do you bring to Viyu and its clients?

 Thomas pays careful attention to details, takes the time to help clients find the best solutions to meet their needs, and works hard to ensure projects run smoothly. He is committed to building and maintaining great customer relationships. Thomas is also an Army veteran, and previously served a tour in Iraq, as a tank crewman. His experience in the Army taught him how to deal with stressful situations, while still being productive. This skill translates well into the professional world.
